Faucet manufacturers
Our faucet factory is located in the north of Spain, specifically in the province of Zaragoza. Thanks to this privileged situation we can serve orders quickly to all points in Spain and the rest of the countries with which we work.
In 2004, the factory was moved to the Polígono Empresarium, with a larger area for new machinery, offices and truck loading.
Since then we have been growing, exporting to more and more countries, always maintaining the quality that has led us to the present.
Why do we manufacture taps in Spain?
At MZ del Rio we believe in creating a strong local economy even if it has an added cost that our competitors do not bear, which is why our taps are manufactured locally.
Another cause is the reduction of the ecological impact, we avoid unnecessary transport and optimize outgoing transport, also thanks to the geographical location where we are.
The last "because" is the control of the quality of our products, by manufacturing them locally we can control the process and in case of any failure we have spare parts for all types of taps always available.
How is faucet manufactured in Spain?
Our facilities have several areas where the manufacturing steps of different types of toilets and taps are followed, the first step is the design:
Tap design: for this, the design engineering team is in charge of creating the designs taking into account the materials, finishes and trends, to manufacture design and quality taps.
Manufacture: with the machines the parts of the taps are created, taking special care in its correct finish, discarding the parts that have some imperfection.
Assembly: Once manufactured, the pieces are passed to the assembly section where they are assembled together with the necessary filters and cartridges. Later it is checked with an air machine to ensure correct assembly and finally it is packed with ecological foam.
These are the simplified steps necessary to create quality taps, with innovative designs and made in Spain, with which we can control the quality of all our products.
What types of taps do we manufacture?
The taps that are manufactured in MZ del Rio include both the bathroom and the kitchen. Many of these types can be found in a single-lever or thermostatic version, we will now list them.
Basin faucet
This type of faucet is the simplest, even so we have integrated systems for saving water in washbasins into our latest collection. The most common types are the sink faucet, the high spout bowl faucet and the undermount sink.
All of them have peculiarities that will make them fit into different decorations, from the most classic to the most current. All these taps are available in chrome, matt black, matt white, satin nickel, old bronze and wrought iron finishes.
Built-in bidet faucet
This is a type of faucet that we continue to manufacture since many people still have a battery, but more and more the general public prefers to opt for the built-in bidet faucet, which is placed on one side of the WC bowl making the same function as a conventional bidet.
Shower columns
We manufacture an extensive range of shower columns, both thermostatic and single-lever. You can find columns with shower heads from 150 to 300mm, shower handles from 1 to 5 positions and columns with a telescopic tube to fit anyone.
One of the most interesting column types is the extra-high column, which is designed with the intention, when changing the bathtub for a shower tray, to take advantage of the water intakes and avoid doing work.
Built-in shower
This type of product is the most complete, since we manufacture these built-in showers with 1,2 or 3 outlets, in a single-lever or thermostatic version and with a wide range of accessories to adapt to any bathroom.

One of the simplest options, you can find these shower groups in single-lever or thermostatic format, with multi-function shower handles and a support to place it on the wall.
You can also combine these shower faucets with our shower bars which will give you a greater range of motion.
Kitchen faucets
Another type of faucet with several options, you can find this sink faucet in single-lever format, with pull-out shower, wall-mounted and faucet for osmosis filters with purified water.
